Morning games are organized on a regular basis for one hour each morning from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. at the sports complex, DPS R. K. Puram. Professional training is given in golf, cricket, basketball, and football.

One PE period everyday is integrated into the curriculum.

To shape the students into truly global citizens of tomorrow, the school organizes visits of international dignitaries and educationists to the school.

The Indo- Japanese Exchange Programme between D.P.S. Vasant Vihar & two elementary schools of Japan has been a step in this direction and has helped cement Indo -Japanese ties.

E-mail contacts with schools in England & Australia are being maintained, which is likely to culminate in home- to- home exchange programme.
